When you think of Vegas, you may think of gambling, partying and of course...eating! But where? It's so many options in the city of sin. Here are a few choices I fell in love with while visiting. Let's start with NOBU, located on the famous Las Vegas strip in Caesars Palace Hotel. It's the ambiance and cozy atmosphere from the dim lighting and teppan tables for me. This Japanese style restaurant will give you all the right feels while your mouth taste all the delicious flavors. Try a honey tequila with passion fruit margarita or a ginger-cucumber martini with sake. Cold sushi and hot garlic shrimp with a spicy sauce are mouth watering dishes to add on your 'must try' list. Another jewel which is located at the Palazzo in the Venetian Hotel, is an Italian ultra-chic restaurant called LAVO. Here you can indulge in their superb 'all you can eat' brunch which includes oysters. If you are an oyster lover, you definitely want to dine here. Lavo covers all your palette desires; from fresh fruits, savoring salads, and chicken with pecan waffles with truffle fries to name a few of my personal favorite. Ohh and let's not forget the well rounded cocktail selections. They have the likes of agave nectar, apricot liqueur, pomegranate juice and cucumber vodka to name a few which help bring to life any drink preference. So while you are partying and living it up Vegas style, definitely make time to enjoy the astonishing ambiances and fantastic food.
